All of us at Minskoff Grant Realty & Management Corp. (“MGRMC”) are understandably worried about the impact of Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) at all our properties. During these uncertain times, MGRMC remains committed to protecting our properties and tenants. Our goal is that the COVID-19 outbreak will not affect our service to you.

Given we are a service corporation, we are happy to advise that all our full services shall continue without interruption. We are back in the office and are available through emails and telephone calls. Our Property Manager, George, Muto, is working to maintain our properties and is available should any problems arise. We are continuing to monitor the news and keep apprised of the situation as things progress.

Our Superintendents both in New York City, Queens and Westchester have been working diligently with our maintenance personnel are continuously disinfecting our office buildings on a daily basis and have obtained the necessary supplies which allows us to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all office personnel who have returned to work.
On a personal note, we hope that everyone stays healthy and safe during this time. We are working to ensure that our role within your business continues to run smoothly.
